A Place to Abide, Grow, and Belong
An online and house church helping people stay connected—to Christ, to one another, and to others.
Why “Meno”?
Meno is the Greek word for abide. Jesus teaches that a fruitful Christian life begins not with striving harder, but with remaining in Him.
Our mission is to teach, encourage, and help people understand this abiding life. As we stay connected to Christ, spiritual fruit grows naturally—shaping the way we love God, care for one another, and serve the people around us.
“Remain in me, as I also remain in you.”
— John 15:4
Church Can Be Personal
Our Sunday gathering meets in a home because we believe spiritual growth happens through genuine relationships. We worship, study Scripture, pray, share life, encourage one another, and practice loving accountability in an intimate setting.
Our online ministry extends that same invitation to people who are uncomfortable in a traditional church building, unable to attend in person, or simply looking for a different way to connect and grow.
Pastor Bob & Tina
Pastor Bob and Tina have served in traditional churches in Flint’s inner city and in the Burton area. Today, God has called them to come alongside people through a house-church and online ministry model.
They are passionate about biblical teaching, authentic relationships, and creating space for people to ask questions, grow in faith, and experience Christian community without pretense.
There is room here for you if you:
- Want to understand Scripture more deeply
- Are looking for an intimate Christian community
- Feel uncomfortable or overlooked in a traditional church setting
- Need an online way to worship and study
- Want faith that bears fruit in everyday life
Rooted in Historic Christian Faith
Meno Ministries is affiliated with the Church of the Nazarene and stands in the Wesleyan-Arminian holiness tradition.
We believe in one God— the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe Scripture contains all truth necessary to faith and Christian living.
We believe salvation is offered to all through the atoning work of Jesus Christ.
We believe those who repent and believe are justified, made new, and freed from sin’s dominion.
We believe believers are called to holiness and may be sanctified wholly through faith in Christ.
We believe the Holy Spirit bears witness to new birth and entire sanctification.
We believe Christ will return, the dead will be raised, and final judgment will take place.
We believe the Church is a community called to worship, discipleship, fellowship, and mission.
